Using the website
You may use this website to read information, apply, contact us or request an introductory conversation. You may not use it for abuse, spam, false enquiries or anything that disrupts the website.
Information and advice
Website information helps you explore work and training in our five trades. We try to keep it clear and current. It is not legal, financial or personal career advice. We discuss personal steps separately.
No placement from visiting the website alone
Visiting the website alone does not create an automatic placement, job, training programme or salary. Suitability depends on your profile, region, availability, employer demand, selection, agreements and applicable rules.
Employer arrangements
Introductory meetings and first conversations for employers are free and without obligation unless we agree otherwise in writing. Prices, placements, working through NEXTHANDS, takeovers, guarantees, liability and payment are set out separately in a proposal or agreement.
Intellectual property
Text, design, brand and other website content belong to NEXTHANDS or are used with permission. You may not copy, publish or reuse them commercially without written permission.
Liability
We try to keep the website secure and available, but cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, NEXTHANDS is not liable for damage caused by general website information or temporary outages.
