Questions about
bootcamps.
Who is a bootcamp for?+
For young people, people on social assistance and refugees. Each group gets its own class and approach. Experience or a diploma is not needed; motivation is. For a different group we are happy to put together a tailor-made class.
What is the goal?+
Lasting participation: every participant takes a next step. Which step it is, we decide together with the participant and the case manager.
In which sectors?+
In every sector. Together we look at what work there is in the region and what suits the participants.
How does this fit the Civic Integration Act?+
As a dual programme alongside the B1 route. For the education route and the Z route, we tailor the content to the personal integration and participation plan (PIP).
Do you teach Dutch?+
No, participants take their language course with a language provider. We do language coaching in the workplace and job coaching, so the language is used straight away.
