For 18 months you work 4 days and learn 1 day. Every week, in every trade. The training day is paid as normal. You start by shadowing and finish as an independent professional.

You earn the certificates that belong to your trade. Your coach knows you and helps straight away when things get tough.
What you earnProfessional, and then onwards
After 18 months you are an independent professional. If you want more, we help you: specialist, team leader or an MBO diploma.

How much do I earn during work and learn?+
Between €2,300 and €2,600 net per month, from your first working day. After 18 months you are a skilled professional and usually earn between €2,800 and €3,500 gross per month.
How long does it take?+
The programme takes 18 months. You learn most at the start; after that you work more and more on your own.
Do I have to pay for the training?+
No. We pay for your training, your training days and your travel costs.
Do I need experience or a diploma?+
No. You learn the trade with us while you work. Each job lists what you do need, for example a driving licence (B).
Is there an age limit?+
No. Work and learn is for anyone who wants to learn a new trade: whether you come from another line of work or want to get back to work after a while.
