After 18 months:
independent professional.
You do your work on your own and earn more: usually between €2,800 and €3,500 gross per month, depending on your trade and your employer. Your employer can then take you on directly. That way you work towards a permanent job.

If you want to go further, we help you: with extra certificates, a next step in your trade or an MBO diploma as a follow-up. Your coach thinks along with you. This is what it can look like per trade:

Do I have to move up?+
No. Becoming an independent professional is the goal of your programme. If you want more after that, we help you.
Do I get an MBO diploma?+
It is not a standard part of the programme. You finish at a level comparable to MBO. If you want an MBO diploma after that, we help you on.
