Your training fits your trade and your employer. You earn recognised certificates and you finish at a level comparable to MBO. We pay for the certificates and your training.

VCA safety, NEN 3140 and a vocational certificate at MBO level.

Your forklift or reach truck certificate and VCA.

Transport
A C or CE licence and Code 95.

A recognised certificate and, if you want, your MBO diploma as a certified carer.

Recognised IT certificates that fit your work.
You’re not on your own. Your coach knows you, visits you at work and helps when things get tough.

You have one dedicated coach. Your coach knows you, keeps an eye on you and switches between you and your employer. If something isn’t working, your coach helps straight away.

Do I get a diploma?+
You finish with a recognised certificate at a level comparable to MBO. If you want an MBO diploma after that, we help you.

Your coach. They know you, stay close and help straight away. On the job you work next to an experienced colleague.

18 months, in four stages
From shadowing in your first weeks to independent professional. Every week 4 days of work and 1 day of training.

Including your training day. After 18 months usually €2,800 to €3,500 gross per month. And your training costs you nothing.

After 18 months you are an independent professional. If you want more, we help you: specialist, team leader or an MBO diploma.
