This is what a week looks like.
For 18 months you work 4 days and learn 1 day. Every week, in every trade. The training day is paid as normal.

A dedicated coach who stays close and switches between you and your employer.
What happens when.
Each stage has its own goal. At the start you learn the most; after that you work on your own more and more. Your coach keeps an eye on you from start to finish.
Start
You get to know your employer and your coach, shadow a colleague and learn the basics: working safely and the tools of your trade.
Learning the trade
You learn the trade on the job, next to an experienced colleague. Along the way you get the certificates that belong to your trade.
Independent
You work more and more on your own. Your coach keeps an eye on you and you finish with a recognised certificate.
Growing further
You are an independent professional. If you want more, we help you: specialist, team leader or an MBO diploma.

How long does it take?+

No. You learn the trade on the job, next to an experienced colleague. One day a week is a training day, and it is paid.
